By accessing and using Shrt.de5.net ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our URL shortening platform.

2. Platform Usage & Restrictions

Our platform allows users to shorten URLs, set passwords, and utilize wait timers. You agree not to use our service to redirect to:

• Malware, viruses, or phishing websites.
• Content that is illegal, abusive, or explicitly prohibited by law.
• Scams or fraudulent financial schemes.

We actively filter prohibited keywords. We reserve the right to delete any shortened link or ban any user account without notice if we determine a link violates these safety rules.

3. Account Verification & Monetization

Standard users may create links on our default domain. Users who apply for and receive "Verified Publisher" status unlock premium redirect domains and the ability to inject Adsterra ad scripts.

• You are solely responsible for ensuring your Adsterra scripts comply with Adsterra's terms.
• We do not guarantee uptime or specific revenue yields from your injected ads.
• Verified status can be revoked at any time for abuse of the premium domains.

4. Rate Limiting & Fair Use

To protect our server infrastructure, anonymous guests are limited to creating a maximum of 5 links. You must sign in with a verified Google account to create additional links. Links can only be edited a maximum of 3 times to prevent database abuse.

5. Disclaimer of Liability

We provide this service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible for the content of the destination URLs. We do not guarantee that links will remain active indefinitely and are not liable for any lost revenue, lost traffic, or damages resulting from downtime or deleted links.
