- Account Information: If you sign in, we securely receive your Google profile information (email address, display name, and avatar URL) via Firebase Authentication.
- Usage Data: We track the original URLs you submit, the custom configurations you apply (timers, passwords), and anonymous click analytics to display in your dashboard.
- Security Data: We temporarily hash your IP address and generate device tokens to enforce rate limits and prevent spam.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is stored securely in our Firebase Firestore database and is used strictly to:
- Provide and maintain the URL shortening service.
- Display your personalized dashboard and link click statistics.
- Protect our infrastructure from automated bots and malicious activity.
3. Third-Party Services & Cookies
We do not sell your personal data. However, we integrate with the following third-party services which may use cookies or track interactions:
- Google/Firebase: Used for secure authentication and database hosting.
- Adsterra (For Verified Publishers): If a publisher has enabled monetization on a shortened link, Adsterra may load third-party scripts and cookies during the wait timer to serve relevant advertisements to the visitor. We do not control Adsterra's tracking practices.
4. Data Deletion
You maintain full control over the links you generate. You can permanently delete any of your links directly from your dashboard at any time. If you wish to have your entire account and associated data removed, please contact us.
